The following information changed on this document:
In Figure 2 and Figure 3, the scoring scale was changed from a scale of -2 (completely disagree) to +2 (completely agree) to a scale of 1 (completely disagree) to 5 (completely agree). Thus, total scores can now range from 5 to 25.
