The following information changed on this document:
SAP's scores were removed from this document, because their partner program changed significantly between the time the data was gathered and the publication date. Text in the document was modified to remove it from the list of vendors assessed and text added to explain why SAP was omitted. The paragraph summarizing its program and our finding on it was removed. Notes were added to Figure 2 and Figure 3 citing the data included as vendor-supplied information from December 2007. A spreadsheet detailing each of the vendors in each of the 31 categories has also been included as a downloadable resource. Scores for IBM and salesforce.com in pipeline management were updated.
