This report has been updated in order to clarify the difference between the business-focused evolution of IT services and more traditional business services like financial advisory services, M&A auditing, and auditing. For this reason, we have changed the title from SWOT: Business Services Market Leaders to the current title. We have also replaced references to business services to reflect the IT focus of such services. Finally, we have clarified the focus of this document as a strategy review document, and not a quantitative evaluation of vendors as would be found in a Forrester Wave.
