We incorrectly indicated that some of IBM's $5 billion stimulus fund could be made available to outsourcing clients. Although IBM describes the offering as applicable to transformational technology projects, complex long-term engagements, and annuity-type businesses, IBM does not extend any of this fund to outsourcing clients.
