About Forrester
Forrester Research, Inc. is an independent research company that provides pragmatic and forward-thinking advice to global leaders in business and technology.

In her role as an analyst, Roxana focuses on technology's impact on the market research industry. She is also an expert on Latin American consumer behavior and technology adoption and is responsible for managing Forrester's Latin American Technographics® research. She frequently advises clients on entering the Latin American market, understanding Latin American consumer segments, and increasing their visibility in this fast-changing region.
