Research FocusChloe Stromberg primarily contributes to Forrester's offerings for Interactive Marketing professionals. She advises clients in the pharmaceutical and automotive industries on the marketing technologies and services that will enable them to build high-value customer relationships and powerful brand experiences. Along with other Forrester marketing analysts, she shares her insights on Forrester's Marketing Blog, http://blogs.forrester.com/marketing.Chloe's key research topics for pharmaceutical marketers include compliance and adherence programs, customer relationship marketing, key opinion leader (KOL) management, and eDetailing. For automotive marketers, Chloe focuses on experience strategy, car-buying behavior, emerging marketing tactics, and lead management. Previous Work ExperienceIn her previous position, Chloe served as a researcher at Forrester. In that role, she contributed to Forrester's thought leadership on Social Computing, including the reports "How Consumers Use Social Computing For Health" and "The ROI Of Blogging." Chloe also led development of Forrester's automotive Consumer Technographics surveys for three years, producing in-depth studies of car-buying behavior such as "Engaging Engine Enthusiasts" and "Who Wants High-Tech Cars?" Prior to joining Forrester, Chloe developed Web prototypes and marketing strategies for an Idealab NY startup, ran the press office at P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center in New York City, and conducted field interviews for the Survey Research Center at the University of Michigan.
