Stephanie, based in Westport, Conn., is a principal analyst and a prolific contributor to the Sourcing & Vendor Management role. Recognized as a preeminent expert in global sourcing issues, she helps outsourcing executives understand and navigate the dynamic offshore and nearshore outsourcing landscape. She has advised thousands of Sourcing & Vendor Management Professionals on outsourcing strategies, outsourcing tools, vendors, methodologies, ROI models, and internal change management requirements.
Stephanie has been with Forrester for 14 years, having come to Forrester through its acquisition of Giga Information Group. At Giga, Stephanie was a vice president and research leader, focusing on application development, IT services, and global sourcing issues.
Prior to joining Giga, Stephanie was an analyst at Atelier Research, where she specialized in software application development technologies, business process re-engineering tools, and legacy migration topics. Previously, she was a research associate at New Science Associates, a Gartner Group company, where she was responsible for vendor and product analysis.
Stephanie has written hundreds of reports on technology and global sourcing issues. She is quoted frequently in mainstream and industry publications such as CIO, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and Computerworld. She has appeared on CNBC, Fox News, and numerous radio talk shows, and she has been a technology consultant for ABC News.
An accomplished public speaker, Stephanie also has delivered keynote speeches at many events, including Forrester's own Executive Forum, Technology Leadership Forum, and European IT Leadership Forum.
Stephanie attended Smith College and graduated magna cum laude from Fairfield University.
