Stephen serves eBusiness & Channel Strategy Professionals within the European consumer financial services sector. His work is wide-ranging; it includes understanding the changing role of the branch in a multichannel world, analyzing the transformative power of mobile and social media, and cataloging best practices in next-generation online banking, with a particular focus on personal financial management (PFM).
Prior to joining Forrester, Stephen spent five years working in various research/consulting and strategy roles within financial services. Most recently, at Corporate Executive Board, he helped executives define priorities around multichannel strategy, social media, mobile banking, and banking the unbanked. Before that, he was a research manager on Lloyds TSB's corporate markets strategy team; prior to that, Stephen helped executives benchmark banking risk technology solutions at a boutique consultancy.
Stephen holds an M.Sc. in global politics from the London School of Economics and a first-class B.Sc. in management from King's College, London.
