As consumer adoption of social media rises and alters the relationship between companies and consumers, eBusiness professionals at banks must understand how their online customers use and interact with social media. We applied our Social Technographics® profile to online bankers and found them to be highly involved in social media — providing added incentive for eBusiness managers to embark on a Social Computing fact-finding mission and strategy creation process.
