Tim is responsible for facilitating changes to USAA's operating model in order to achieve the enterprise's long term strategic objectives. His team works in close partnership with USAA's business leaders to drive change.

A USAA employee since 1994, Mr. Ungashick served in a variety of leadership positions within USAA's Property and Casualty Company including underwriting, product management and actuary.

Mr. Ungashick graduated from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas with a BA in Mathematics. He is also a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
