Senior Vice President, End User Computing
Wilson D'Souza is Senior Vice President, End User Computing (EUC) within the enterprise infrastructure division of Fidelity Investments. EUC is responsible for all end user platforms, messaging, directory services, and collaboration platforms.
Mr. D'Souza comes to Fidelity from MIT, where he was Director of the Infrastructure Software Development & Architecture (ISDA) and Client Support Services (CSS) organizations. He was responsible for setting the long-term technology direction of infrastructure software and architecture for MIT, as well as all aspects of client support and user experience. He also founded MIT's Kerberos Consortium and served on its board.
Prior to joining MIT, he served as Director in the architecture and engineering group at Merrill Lynch. There, he was responsible for directing strategy, engineering, compliance, and operational support of global messaging services, collaboration services, knowledge portals, directory services, and identity management services.
Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mr. D'Souza held a variety of management and technical positions at Pepsi Cola International, Emirates Airlines, and various technology companies in India.
He has a bachelor's degree in electronics and communications from Karnataka University, India.
