Forrester Research, Inc. is an independent research company that provides pragmatic and forward-thinking advice to global leaders in business and technology.

Doug serves Infrastructure & Operations Professionals. Previously at Forrester, Doug was a principal analyst on the Infrastructure & Operations research team focused on sustainable (or green) IT trends, planning, strategy, and best practices, as well as key IT infrastructure and operations priorities and infrastructure assessments.
