Event Overview

Today, many security managers are frustrated by the lack of senior management support, are struggling to justify their security spending and prioritize their security initiatives. They are also overwhelmed by the reams of data being churned out in their environment and are not able to measure the effectiveness of their security programs.
In this interactive one-day Workshop, Forrester will help you develop a holistic security and risk management program. You will learn how to get more involved in the business decision-making process and communicate the value of security to your organization to gain visibility and influence. By applying Forrester's Information Risk Management (IRM) framework, you will be able to measure the effectiveness of your existing security program and express it in business terms. The framework will also help you prioritize your security initiatives and formulate a long-term strategy for your program.
