Overview

Retaining information and managing critical records is more important than ever. Stringent compliance regulations, amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) and their impact on eDiscovery, and the need to retain information assets for knowledge purposes create a perfect storm mdash; albeit a storm that leaves most organizations confused about what information to retain, how long to retain it, and how to choose supporting technology.
