Event Overview

Overview

Business innovation is a top of mind agenda item for business and IT execs ¿ even as it has reached the level of near-meaningless cliché. Business execs wish they were engaged in more of it ¿ despite not knowing what this means, and CIOs want to have a greater role in it, even though they aren't sure what they should offer. R&D programs start and then halt due to questions of relevance and value. This workshop helps IT executives understand the barriers that both they and their firms have created for innovation and the foundation elements necessary for a sustainable innovation program, addressing process, participation, and communications.
