Event Overview
Enterprise architecture (EA) has the opportunity to add value through multiple channels, including standards management, project consulting, strategy alignment, and innovation. However, many EA teams struggle to fulfill their mission because most of their value is created indirectly though someone else's initiatives. Solving this problem is a major challenge.
This Workshop defines the critical steps necessary to improve EA's value delivery and provides methods to measure and demonstrate EA's progress. During the Workshop learn ways to increase EA's value through tighter alignment of business, IT, and EA goals and by creating a value-focused EA operating model. You also learn how to create metrics to measure and demonstrate EA's progress and value delivery.
During this full day of presentations, hands-on exercises, and discussions, Forrester analysts teach you how to:
- Establish clear linkages between business, IT, and EA goals.
- Identify the resources you need to build organizational support.
- Identify and design the key value levers in the EA operating model.
- Develop both performance and value metrics.
