Forrester Research, Inc. is an independent research company that provides pragmatic and forward-thinking advice to global leaders in business and technology.

Frederic leads a research team that serves Forrester's Sourcing & Vendor Management clients in Asia. His key research areas focus on the IT services markets in Asia including India, China, ASEAN, Australia /New Zealand, South Korea, and Japan. Frederic helps clients understand the service provider landscape as well as best practices for provider selection in Asia.
Frederic also works on the future of IT services industry globally, analyzing in particular how IT service providers are increasingly leveraging software assets to improve the performance of their service delivery and deliver more business value to their clients. Frederic helps clients understand how they can benefit from these new software asset based services and how they need to change their sourcing processes.
Frederic is also responsible for the Forrester data activities in Asia, helping clients to understand the tech spending trends leveraging Forrsights workforce, IT, and business decision-makers surveys. He also builds and updates the tech market sizing and forecasting models in Asia and is part of Forrester's Tech Industry Economics team.
Frederic came to Forrester through its acquisition of Springboard Research, where he managed Springboard's Indian research operations (about 30 people). Prior to Springboard, he was a research director at Pierre Audoin Consultants (PAC), managing its research activities in Southern Europe and its coverage of the IT software and services markets. Frederic also launched PAC's activities in the US, where he covered the software and IT services markets. Prior to PAC, Frederic worked as an SAP consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Frederic has a master's degree in electronics and project management from ENSEEIHT Toulouse, France.
