We predict that US online retail sales during the critical months of November and December will be higher than ever. Forrester projects that the online channel will generate $89 billion during that time — a 13% growth over the same time period in 2013. While that figure represents 30% of all the eCommerce spend in 2014, it represents a deceleration in growth due to a shorter holiday selling season and capacity constraints in the package delivery network.
