Summary

Service-oriented architecture (SOA) is mainstream: 75% percent of respondents from Global 2000 enterprises say their company will be using SOA by the end of 2009. However, across both enterprises and SMBs, 20% of SOA users are struggling enough with achieving the benefits that they are holding off on expanding its use. A recent Forrester survey demonstrates that SOA governance is the key to addressing these struggles.
