John serves CIOs with research that focuses on the enterprise adoption of new software and Internet technologies, particularly in the Australian and New Zealand markets. John develops innovative research in the areas of enterprise content management, portals, eCommerce, online publishing, personalization, workflow, business intelligence, enterprise collaboration, digital asset management, and digital rights management.
John joined Forrester through its acquisition of Springboard Research. Previously, he founded Hydrasight, a leading analyst firm in Asia Pacific that Springboard acquired in 2010. Prior to that, John was a senior vice president at Meta Group and a lead analyst for a leading Australian stockbroker, JB Were & Son.
