Forrester's annual Voice Of The Customer Awards recognize organizations that excel in collecting, analyzing, and acting on feedback from their customers — incorporating customer insights into their everyday decisions. The awards are presented each June at Forrester's Customer Experience Forum in New York City.

We conduct the awards because they give us a chance to:

  • Show that voice of the customer (VoC) programs are critical for customer experience success.
  • Celebrate organizations that are leading the way in this area.
  • Highlight best practices that other organizations can learn from.
