Phil serves Application Development & Delivery Professionals. His current research focuses on digital video technologies used in marketing, the media industry, and the workplace. Phil also researches videoconferencing products and services with an emphasis on how businesses use video to better communicate and collaborate with their employees, partners, and customers. As a senior analyst, Phil helps clients navigate the market and maximize the business value of their technology investments. He also advises technology vendors on market dynamics, buyer demands, competitive landscape, and go-to-market.

Previous Work Experience

Phil has been a key contributor to Forrester's workforce technology assessments — a quantitative approach to help professionals and the teams they work with have a fact-based conversation about employees' technology adoption and requirements. Before he was an analyst Phil was a researcher on Forrester's Content & Collaboration team and a senior research associate on the Sourcing & Vendor Management team. In those roles, he interviewed hundreds of IT professionals and technology vendors while conducting primary and secondary research for research reports and consulting engagements.

Phil has a B.S. in business administration from Boston University's School of Management.
