Executive Summary

Accenture received the highest overall client reference scores among suppliers under evaluation and provides a robust range of applications outsourcing (AO) capabilities, particularly for enterprise applications packages. But do not expect savings: Accenture was not considered to be particularly price-competitive, but customers obviously find compensating value in working with the supplier. Many view Accenture as being interested in only the largest transactions, but it has a surprising number of smaller deals sold out of its direct sales channel.
