Executive Summary

ACS has joined the ranks of the Big Six outsourcers (Accenture, ACS, CSC, EDS, HP, and IBM) with revenues of $4.5 billion as of FY2005. It also has more than 55,000 employees worldwide. ACS's main focus is business process outsourcing (BPO), but 26% of its revenues come from infrastructure services. ACS typically pursues clients seeking multitower IT solutions that incorporate service desk and desktop support functions as part of a complete solution in addition to delivering desktop and service desk as standalone service offerings. ACS is price-competitive after making early investments in global delivery management, and it has sound operational processes for supporting desktop and service desk outsourcing.
