ATG's service suite, due to tight integration directly out of the box, is a choice product for existing ATG Commerce. The only channel lacking currently is a full Web collaboration offering, which ATG plans to add in a release due late in 2006. Upon providing full Web collaboration, ATG will be a good choice for common channel management strategies. Until then, customers should start with the robust knowledgebase, the scalable email response product, and take advantage of one of the top analytic offerings evaluated — particularly for identifying eService trends in reference to consumer buying trends tracked by the commerce server.
