Executive Summary

Yodlee recently announced a new electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) solution, PayItAll, which can be deployed as an end-to-end solution or as a modular offering for firms looking to move EBPP in-house. The timing of this announcement plays on the uncertainty in the marketplace created by Fiserv's acquisition of CheckFree. Forrester believes that CheckFree's clients will be interested enough to check out this alternative offering. But we expect few firms to risk the switch to PayItAll unless — and until — Yodlee successfully implements the end-to-end solution with a big bank.
