Capgemini recently announced its Q1 revenues, and while the business is generally improving, North America remains a problem. As a result, the company launched its North American recovery program, also known as Operation Booster. Part of this program will cause Capgemini's consulting and technology services to look more like a set of boutique consultants, rather than a cohesive, large service provider. Forrester expects that this is just one of several changes that will happen in the services market this year.
