Today, only 5% of Western Europeans have broadband triple play — the bundled offering of voice, video, and data — but 35% say they are interested. However, the majority is still not convinced about the idea and there are big differences between countries. The primary motivation for getting triple play is to get a price discount. In most countries, consumers prefer the triple-play provider to be the incumbent telco.
