Executive Summary

The catalog of business technology (BT) services is a subset of the enterprise BT portfolio, aimed to present all live enterprise technology services from a business perspective. It consists of two logically connected building blocks: the catalog of business-facing services and the underlying catalog of infrastructure services. The catalog employs a simple cost model, which enables the fair allocation of all of the known IT costs back to their business customers. The catalog is a living document requiring regular reviews and updating, thereby maintaining its business relevancy.
