iLinc Communications has four conferencing products: MeetingLinc, SupportLinc, LearnLinc, and ConferenceLinc, each of which it offers as either a hosted solution or an installed application. Forrester evaluated MeetingLinc's hosted solution, which is both straightforward and simple to use. However, it is only available on the Windows platform, limiting its widespread interactive use among users on different platforms. The only tight audio integration is with iLinc's own audio system, which limits users who are seeking to integrate with their own audio providers. Another limitation is that integration with Microsoft Office tools and other business apps is not out-of-the-box. The product's strengths include many UI customization options, the ability to import all content types natively that run on Windows, and a flat license model that offers pricing simplicity for enterprise Web conferencing. An added plus is that iLinc receives high marks from customers for its responsive customer service.
