Keane was acquired by Caritor subsequent to our analysis, so its capabilities are graded prior to the transaction. Still, Keane emerged as a strong provider with very strong price competitiveness, strong processes, and good cultural fit despite relative weaknesses in enterprise applications, a limited global reach, and a relatively small market presence. Its combination with Caritor will bear watching to see whether or not Keane's existing strengths can be retained.
