Onyx provides full CRM to the upper midmarket and increasingly to the large enterprise segment, primarily in the US and EMEA. The vendor offers industry-specific editions and business process experience for three primary verticals: financials services and insurance, government, and healthcare. Onyx provides some of the strongest customization and integration capabilities of midmarket on-premise sales force automation (SFA) vendors, but the tradeoff when compared with more prepackaged solutions is more work — and time and money — required for setup and configuration.
