Executive Summary

As telecom service providers are starting to implement next-generation operational supporting systems (NGOSS), the market for NGOSS solutions and services will experience significant growth in the coming years. HP is already a key player in this market and is well placed to further improve its position in the years to come. HP's portfolio covers almost every aspect of the NGOSS challenge and consists of its own products and services as well as those from a large ecosystem of partners. However, the drawback of this complexity is potential client confusion. HP needs to do a better job of explaining the portfolio's consistency to potential clients.
