Raindance offers an easy-to-use hosted Web conferencing tool focused on medium-size businesses that are starting to use Web conferencing or existing audio customers wishing to add Web conferencing. Raindance's vision is to provide simplicity for hesitant users. However, the product is a standalone service that offers no integration with other audio providers or business apps and limited integration with desktop tools. The product does not support VoIP or have cross-platform support. Raindance experienced stagnant growth this year, and West Communications has announced an agreement to acquire Raindance.
