A cascade of recent top management changes at business applications market leader SAP was a startling development for a company that has long been a symbol of stability and consistency in the technology sector. The moves came two weeks after SAP announced a decline in 2009 revenues following years of double-digit growth. The changes are a step in the right direction, but earning back the confidence of its customers will not be easy.
