Telelogic Synergy Suite offers the most seamless integration of change and configuration management around, as well as exceptionally strong capabilities in both areas. But Telelogic is a rare bird in enterprise IT organizations. As both a unified software change and configuration management (SCCM) and a standalone software change management (SCM) solution, it is too complex and too costly to be a good fit for mainstream usage. As a result, Telelogic has focused on industries with more high-ceremony processes, notably the defense industry and the high-tech sector.
