Executive Summary

Forrester evaluated seven of the leading SAP implementation providers in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market across approximately 100 criteria and found that Accenture established the leadership position thanks to the breadth, depth, maturity, and business-centric nature of its SAP implementation practices. HCL, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), BearingPoint, and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) also made it into the Leaders category as a result of their fine SAP implementation capabilities. Two local players were included in the evaluation. Supply Chain Consulting is a Leader and Oxygen Business Solutions is a Strong Performer. Both are very credible providers of SAP solutions, have been serving the local market for a number of years, and have established considerable SAP practices. Additionally, we rated Fujitsu, with its strong current offering, and IBM, with its good strategy, as Strong Performers, though they declined to participate in our evaluation.
