Prior to joining TrustWorks, he held positions with General Electric, Albany Medical College, and the US Peace Corps in Kyrgyzstan. He also worked as an independent technical documentation and training consultant.
Bill received a B.Sc. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a M.Sc. from Albany Medical College. He speaks Dutch and Russian, in addition to his native English.
