Chris serves Infrastructure & Operations professionals. Chris' research focuses on the implications of enterprise mobility infrastructure and provides insight for IT leaders to make informed decisions. His research covers enterprise mobile devices, network performance, and unlicensed wireless network infrastructure. Chris also researches, remote access infrastructure, and WAN optimization.
Chris previously worked in Forrester's Consulting organization, where he managed high-value, multistage IT- and vendor-focused engagement, working with clients to evaluate technology investments and assist vendors in marketing various IT technologies.
Having spent more than 10 years in the IT research space, Chris has served in analyst roles at major research firms such as IDC, as well as acting as a charter analyst at startup research firms. Immediately prior to Forrester, Chris worked in the private equity consulting space helping to design and execute research methodologies to support merger and acquisition activities of major, global private equity firms.
Chris is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a specialization in marketing.
