Cindy serves Marketing Leadership professionals. She helps senior marketers develop strategies around issues of marketing organization, culture, team development, and relationship building. Cindy also works closely with Forrester's CMO Group, writing research for the group's members on topics including green marketing, employee brand advocacy, marketing dashboards, the CMO-CIO relationship, and the marketing of marketing. Prior to joining Forrester, Cindy worked as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney. She worked with clients across a number of industries including retail, telecommunications, biotechnology, and consumer packaged goods. In addition, Cindy worked at Ethos Water doing brand management work during its early start-up phase.
Cindy has an M.B.A. degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. degree in economics from Dartmouth College.
