Cliff leads Forrester's Marketing and Strategy research organization which works with marketing professionals to develop, plan, fund, and deliver best-in-class business initiatives. Cliff is responsible for a research agenda and product offering developed specifically for marketing leadership executives, interactive marketers, direct marketers, customer experience professionals, and eBusiness managers. His team researches, creates, and analyzes market forecasts, best practices, case studies, ROI tools, and market strategies for Forrester's global clients.Cliff joined Forrester in 1997 as an analyst covering retail financial services and in 1998 he began managing teams of analysts. That same year, he moved to Amsterdam, where he's still based, to build a European research organization for the company. He now has global management responsibilities for Forrester analysts.
Before joining Forrester, Cliff held high-level positions at leading firms such as NationsBank (now Bank of America) where he had P&L responsibility for the bank's nationwide network of 5,400 automated teller machines and other self-service delivery devices. In his role, he developed product functionality, determined the distribution strategy, and managed the cost structure. He was also involved in the integration of nine banking acquisitions during his time at NationsBank.
Cliff received a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in marketing from Boston College and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Marquette University.
