Corina serves Consumer Market Research professionals and is a member of Forrester's Consumer Data research group. She manages the quantitative research operations for Forrester's global Consumer Technographics® surveys.She is a leading expert on consumer technology adoption and online behavior in consumer industries such as healthcare, media, retail, financial services, gaming, telecommunications, travel, music. In addition, she is an expert on market segmentation, quantitative research methodologies, survey design, and data analysis.
Corina came to Forrester through its acquisition of JupiterResearch. Corina joined Jupiter in September 2001. As a research director in Jupiter's data research group, she designed rigorous primary research methodologies and data collection processes for hundreds of syndicated and custom research surveys. She directed research focus, generated actionable research insights, and integrated survey data into 90%-plus of JupiterResearch client deliverables. She collaborated with analysts in all coverage areas and the custom research group on market segmentation studies, product feature and pricing studies, and technology usage and adoption studies. She wrote research reports for the online behavior and demographics service, focusing on general online consumer behavior and technology adoption trends and profiling various demographic groups. Prior to Jupiter, Corina was a research fellow at the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania, where she conducted research on the role of the Internet in the 2000 US general elections.Corina has been quoted in USA Today, Business Week, Christian Science Monitor, and other national and industry publications, and she has presented research findings and moderated panels at several national market research and industry conferences.
Corina received an M.A. in communications from the Annenberg School of Communications at the University of Pennsylvania. She also has a B.A. (Magna cum Laude) in journalism and political science from the American University in Bulgaria.
