Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester in 2005, Ellen spent four years at ArcStream, a boutique mobile and wireless consulting firm to the Fortune 500. Prior to that, she worked in Deloitte's telecom practice. Her projects included architecting large-scale systems for local service provisioning and billing for North American carriers, preparing UMTS bids for the Italian wireless marketplace, and assisting new business entrants into the UK Web hosting market. Prior to Deloitte, Ellen spent 10 years working for the federal government in the Department of Defense (DOD) as an electrical engineer. She worked in wired and wireless communication at the Naval Research Laboratory and SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation).

Education

Ellen holds a B.S. in physics from Rochester Institute of Technology and an M.S. in electrical engineering from George Mason University.
