Emily serves Technology Sales Enablement professionals. She helps sales and marketing leaders better prepare their sales teams through a focus on customer-focused content and adding structured sales support. Emily joins the Technology Sales Enablement team from the Technology Product Management and Marketing team, where she helped B2B Marketing professionals better engage with their customers through the use of role-focused marketing and role profiles. Emily's research focuses on helping companies to evaluate their messaging and execute on role-based marketing and sales strategies. Emily also manages Forrester's Technology Industry Strategy Research Panel, a growing panel of more than 400 Tech Industry professionals from around the world who participate in quarterly business surveys from Forrester.
Prior to her current role, Emily was a senior research associate. She interviewed hundreds of executives on topics like vertical industry marketing strategies, adoption of emerging technologies like Web 2.0, partner and channel strategies, and role-based marketing initiatives. She also led the companywide SPSS and quantitative analysis training for new research associates and conducted quantitative analysis of firms' adoption of various technologies and trends.
Emily received her bachelor's degree in economics from Brandeis University.
