Jeffrey joined Forrester from IBM, where he was part of the Rational brand strategy and planning team and was responsible for launching the IBM Rational Software Development Platform. Prior to IBM's acquisition of Rational, Jeffrey led teams that created award-winning application development tools, including Rational Rose/J Edition, Rose/CORBA, and Rose/PowerBuilder. Jeffrey's extended tenure at Rational included a wide variety of software industry roles, such as product management, product marketing, business development, strategy and planning, and project management. Jeffrey has worked in the IT industry since 1989 and has experience with a variety of application development technologies that include modeling, SCM, requirements management, 4GL, and 3GL tools and languages
Prior to joining Rational Software, Jeffrey was part of Accenture's Advanced Systems Group, where he led application development projects at Fortune 500 clients in the pharmaceutical and insurance industries.
Jeffrey holds a B.S. in economics (finance) from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
