Jill leads the organization that serves Market Insights Professionals at Forrester. Market Insights Professionals collect and analyze primary and secondary research to interpret and communicate insights about their company's current customers, potential users, and the competitive landscape.
Jill also leads the Consumer Technographics® and ForecastView Data product teams at Forrester.
In her previous roles at Forrester, Jill led the Consumer Technographics business development team, helping clients understand how to leverage Forrester's large-scale, global consumer surveys.
Prior to this role, Jill developed Forrester's consulting business, specifically focused on custom consumer research. She managed quantitative and qualitative primary research projects for market research executives in a variety of industries. These projects often leveraged Forrester's expertise on consumer technology adoption attitudes and behaviors.
Before joining Forrester, Jill spent eight years with Pyramid Research, a telecoms and wireless research and consulting firm, where she led the marketing and sales teams.
Jill received her B.A. in international management from Simmons College.
