Joost serves Consumer Market Research professionals and is a member of Forrester's European Quantitative Research team, based in Amsterdam. He works on Forrester's European Consumer Technographics® product, the largest and longest-running survey of technology's impact on consumer trends and demands. Consumer Technographics uncovers trends using data from more than 260,000 surveys completed annually by consumers in the US, Canada, and Europe. During his five years at Forrester, Joost has specialized in designing, programming, and analyzing consumer surveys.
Prior to joining Forrester, Joost was a consultant at insurance company Centraal Beheer Achmea, where he created management information systems. Before this, he worked as a consultant at ICT service provider PinkRoccade.
Joost holds a master's degree in neuro-psychology from the University of Nijmegen, Netherlands.
