Julie came to Forrester Research through its acquisition of Giga Information Group. A 31-year veteran of the IT industry, Julie has extensive experience in manufacturing, insurance, higher education, banking/financial services, outsourcing/professional services, and commercial software development. Prior to joining Giga, she served as a senior executive in the IT outsourcing industry and as a CIO of a major banking institution.
