Marc is a principal for the CIO Group in EMEA, part of the Forrester Leadership Boards™. He works with members to understand their key issues and proactively offer valuable, action-oriented advice specific to each member's needs. Marc also works to enable CIOs to contact each other and share experience where applicable. Marc's research focuses on the human challenges facing key stakeholders when working with IT.
Marc has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Before joining Forrester Leadership Boards, Marc worked with a wide variety of IT vendors, including ERP software, software development tools, and implementation and services vendors. He worked with high-level customer executives to maximize the benefits from their use of technology. Marc gained extensive experience in facilitating groups to achieve decisions on technology-related issues.
Marc is no stranger to the issues surrounding multicultural technology implementations; over the past 15 years, he has focused on the international aspects of large multinational IT implementations. He has worked in most European countries and speaks fluent Spanish and French.
Marc holds an M.Sc. in ergonomics from Loughborough University and a BA in psychology from the University of West London.
