Prior to her current role as a researcher, Rachel was a senior research associate on Forrester's infrastructure and operations team. She interviewed hundreds of Iamp;O professionals, data center operators, and technology vendors while conducting primary and secondary research for research reports and consulting engagements.
Rachel holds a B.A. in art history and computer science from Smith College.
